2. Services

Kristy Berlic Design offers the following services:

  • Branding: Logo Design, Brand Guidelines, Business Stationary.

  • Digital Design: Ads, Banners, Web Graphics.

  • Print Design: Packaging, Brochures, Flyers, Catalogues.

Deliverables include print-ready files. Clients are responsible for organising their own printing and scheduling. If printing assistance is required, this will incur an additional cost.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pricing Structure:

    • Project-Based: A fixed quote will be provided upfront.

    • Retainer: Available for ongoing work; terms to be agreed upon with the client.

    • Ad-hoc work: Hourly rate applies (minimum 1 hour)

  • Payment Methods: Bank transfer.

  • Payment Deadlines: Invoices are due 14 days from the date of issue.

  • Deposit: No deposit is required

4. Project Process

  1. A brief is taken from the client.

  2. A detailed quote is prepared and sent to the client for approval.

  3. Upon approval, work commences, with clear communication about timelines.

  4. Two rounds of revisions are included free of charge. Additional rounds of revisions will be billed at the hourly rate.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.

  • Kristy Berlic Design retains the right to showcase completed work in her portfolio.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • All payments made are non-refundable.

  • If the project is canceled before completion, Kristy Berlic Design reserves the right to charge for work completed up to the cancellation date.

7. Confidentiality

  • All project details will remain confidential while work is in progress.

  • Upon project completion and payment, Kristy Berlic Design reserves the right to use the work for portfolio purposes.

8. Liability

Kristy Berlic Design is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services, such as printing errors or delays.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue first, before pursuing legal action.

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

10. Additional Information

  • Working Hours and Communication: Availability will be communicated upfront. Email or phone inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.

  • Rush Fees: Expedited work will be billed at $100 AUD per hour.

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions: Clients will be notified of any updates to these Terms and Conditions via email.

11. Imagery

  • Imagery will be sourced using free image sites that are suitable for commercial use.

  • Stock photos are available for an additional fee, depending on the site and photo cost.
